Players may earn Extra Starting Chips for the Semi-Finals
by playing in real money games/tournaments on PartyPoker.com
during the PartyPoker.com Million II tournament qualification
period.
The maximum Extra Starting Chips anyone
can use is 8000 extra chips per Semi-finals with a limit
of 2000 per day/Semi-final.
Players will earn points as follows (1 point
= 1 Extra Starting Chip):
Earn 200 points per 200 hands played (in which a drop
is taken) on PartyPoker.com (any game/any limit).
Earn 100 points per real money one-table tournament
you win (other than a PartyPoker.com Million tounament)
- any game/any limit.
Earn 100 points per final table you make in a multiple-table
tounament (and 200 points for the winner) - any game/any
Buy-in.
The qualification period is March 23, 2002
through January 28, 2003; however, Extra Starting Chips
are only good for each set of Semi-finals (The three separate
periods to earn Extra Starting Chips are : Mar 23-July 28,
July 29-Nov 18, and Nov 19 -Jan 28, 2003). Dates are based
on EST.
Players may choose how they wish to distribute
their Extra Starting Chips if they play more than one Semi-final
according to the following rules:
All players will start each Semi-final with somewhere
between $1000 (base amount) and $3000 (max allowed in
tournament chips.
Players who earn more than 8000 Extra Starting Chips
per time period may carry over a maximum of 2000 Extra
Starting Chips to the next set of Semi-finals.
Extra Starting Chips are not transferable
or redeemable for cash.
