Certificate of Random Number Generator Evaluation
(Selective Component Test)
The Random Number Generator (RNG) used to deal and draw cards within the
PartyPoker software is a component of the multi-poker system hosted by iGlobalMedia Entertainment, Inc. The RNG has been evaluated by BMM International, and at the time of evaluation was used for dealing and drawing cards for all poker games available through the PartyPoker software.The evaluation, comprising statistical testing and code inspection found that:
- The RNG generated results which were uniformly distributed and statistically independent;
- Outcomes of the PartyPoker games were fair and not predictable; and
- The system has been fingerprinted to enable on-going verification that the RNG in use is identical to the RNG evaluated.
To ensure the validity of this certificate, BMM International performs regular and random verification of the software fingerprint.
